  • @postaudio he's ready to throw a baseball at about 90 miles per hour variable to his weight, this type of training promotes speed strength, bio mechanical strength, and pattern coding it's a lot better for you than lifting weights if your an athlete

  • Well, he certainly looks ready. To do what? I'm not sure.
