thanks for the tips. I just started a personal goal of 200 sit-ups a day. I went over today though lol I got so into it all I finished with 350 LOL crazy I know..but it feels like Ive accomplished something today. Along with the sit-ups I try to do 200 squats every other day. Ive lost a total of 22lbs so far.. Ive got 24 to go. Hopefully this and cardio helps me.

The neck pain is there because you're straining to keep your head elevated. Support your neck with your hands.
