  • thanks for the tips. I just started a personal goal of 200 sit-ups a day. I went over today though lol I got so into it all I finished with 350 LOL crazy I know..but it feels like Ive accomplished something today. Along with the sit-ups I try to do 200 squats every other day. Ive lost a total of 22lbs so far.. Ive got 24 to go. Hopefully this and cardio helps me.
