I dedicate this video to the millions of Americans affected by Bank of America's lack of due diligence. From selling bad mortgages to foreclosure fraud, this affects us all. It is real.

I won't let Bank Of America bully you in death, as they did in life. RIP Tim

  • I do not know if this will help, but if you watch zeitgeist addendum it will explain to you that they had no legal right to take your home, or anyone's home.

The money given to you to buy your home was counterfit an illigidimate form of consideration and hence voides the contract to repay. A lawful consideration must exist and be tendered to support the note.

  • @psiewert83 Amen! It's like me saying "Next time someone gives me a soda for free and asks me six months down the line to buy them one in return I'm gonna be SOOOO fucking pissed off about his capitalist greed." Hahaha. What a bunch of ignorant babies.

  • @Xnothen The Borrowers Protection Plan only offers a maximum of 6 months of mortgage payment cancellation. However, this is an OPTIONAL coverage offered by BOA. She made the claim she was FORCED to pay this insurance monthly. The only forced insurance when purchasing a home is Primary Mortgage Insurance. This is forced when you haven't yet paid 20% of your principal off. This does not protect the home owner, this protects the bank in the event of the owners inability to pay the loan.

  • @Xnothen Well then this woman has WAYYY more problems. 1) They obviously didn't read their mortgage contact and signed for an adjustable rate mortgage. 2) If BOA did change the terms of their contract without their knowledge it is a Federal offense and nulls the terms of the contract. Thus they would have gotten a free house. 3) She says she got insurance through BOA. BOA does not offer mortgage pay off insurance in the event of a loss of life. They only have a Borrowers Protection Plan

  • @psiewert83 they bought the house during 2008 ,the increase rate started at 2009 so it wasn't 5 years. and according to my knowledge what they had was a life insurance policy covering the payment of the house if the policy holder/life insured were to suffer ,disability ,dread disease or death.

  • we make our own beds and have to live with our mistakes

some learn fast, others never learn

  • Sorry for your loss, but the fact that you couldn't take 1 hour to run down to the court house and be legally married buys little sympathy. I mean I don't like BOA as much as the next guy, but you guys obviously made some piss poor decisions and now you have to deal with the consequences. If BOA was doing something from the beginning you should have sought legal counsel and handled it then rather than rolling over. Sorry again, but one simple document could've changed it all.

  • She gave absolutely no evidence to back up a thing she just said. Sorry, but I am not buying it since she doesn't even file petition before coming to Youtube.

  • Where is her paperwork?

  • Nigga stole my house !
