It was once claimed that facial exercises (in other words, making funny faces in repetition) would do wonders for toning and shaping your facial skin. However, this isn't the case. Dr. Schultz will explain why it's quite the opposite.

  • I did notice increased wrinkles after doing Flexeffect by Debra crowley.

    her forum is full of zealots who are almost fanatic about the exercise--and keep saying"'do more "' "Do more"

    but one wrinkle turned into 4 on my forehead, and my nasolabial fold which was barely there--elongated and became deeper
