    Spiraling movement at hand is not necessary for strong punch

  • I could feel a lot of tension releasing after these 3 videos!!

    Amazing.

  • This movement is at the core of all external martial arts - the reason why you turn your wrist at the waist when punching, for instance. The spiraling movement is the way power is transferred by turning the body into a single entity. This exercise should be included on the first page of every martial arts book. :)
