Religion vs. The True Church of Jesus Christ

This is a short collection of some great quotes, concluding with edited excerpts from the movie Stigmata. The true Church of Jesus Christ is not comprised of programs or buildings made with the hands of men, but of Christ Himself within the heart of every true believer. Does this mean that institutions always present obstacles to knowing Christ deeper? Not necessarily, but certainly more often than not. The point to be made here is that any believer can experience a full and vibrant relationship with God (and with other members of God's family if they also be willing) without "attending church" or placing any other religious thing in the middle! There is but one Mediator between God and men and that is Jesus Christ!

Yes, it's a small segment from the movie Stigmata. The movie is classified under the category "horror" so be advised if you're thinking about renting it. It's a bit dark, twisted, and there is some bad language in it too. I just liked those segments from the film because the message was awesome.

To state that you have remembered the I Am that rests and burns within your own being? It means it took two thousand years for us to reclaim the purpose of Jesus' manifestation and sacrifice. I'm a truck driver so do u think i go to church every sunday,no. Do i have a relationship with God,yes. Jesus saved my soul and I can praise him in my truck or anywhere. We dont need to limit god in buildings, sad that it seems to be just bout money nowadays, but there selling jesus. Lord forgive them, for they know not what they do.
