The inflections Doris can put into her singing, her sheer expressiveness, absolutely put her in a class by herself. As much as I admire the work of her contemporaries, none of them...not Fitzgerald, not Clooney, not Stafford, not Shore, not Lee, not Streisand, not any of them ...can approach her interpretive competence. And with that honeyed voice as well...OMG!

I really want to rent this movie so bad but I never get the time to because of school and homework could someone tell me what pillow talk is I love Doris day shes the best actress ever on earth and she has an awesome voice she rocks please tell me what pillow talk is about

Beautiful song by the Beautiful and talented and classy Doris Day. I'm looking at this video, and I'm trying to put this song with the movie, but it wasn't in the movie. lol At one time, the entire movie "Pillow Talk" was on YT, but I think it was removed. It's such a classic movie. Thanks for posting!

LOL...I guess I can see why you think so and, of course, I was speaking for MY sensitivity to her and not trying to commit anyone else, but I don't take back a word. Even Barbra Streisand refused to be compared to DD saying DD was in a class by herself.
