I don't see how globalization is making Coffee any worse than it was before. Are you telling me that before globalization those workers had a better life doing something else?

globalization is gonna destroy the first wrold average family as we know it

continued- The bottom line is that about 1/2 of the population is going to suck and live in despair no matter how well, or poorly we "manage" Globalization...
Get used to it and work to helping prepare "safety nets" for the poorest among us. Globablization needn't equal "tragedy". Let's spread the wealth, and the pain, a little more evenly among our fellow man!

Globalization is not moral or immoral it just IS! You don't have to like it, there are many parts of it that I don't like, but you had BETTER accept it. It's happening and is as natural as rain in the springtime. We can hopefully mitigate the worst of it and highlight the best of it. Globablization is where we are headed and all the protests might make us feel better about ourselves and raise awareness but Globalization is a fact, for better or worse.

how very Malthus of you, then.

have you heard such thing in order to survive someone must die.... i am against globalisation , i think every nation should take care of theyr own problems and of course THE PEOPLE. Remember this you cant help everyone....if its ment to be this way it will happen weather you send the money or food or whatever ... eventualy they will die and thats destiny

Actually globalization really began in 1492 when Columbus sailed the ocean blue.
