Help? Please? Comments are very appreciated. Thank you!

I'll make another video later to discuss the properties/uses of some of these. If anyone is interested in purchasing, I'll let you know in that video which ones are for sale and how much they'll be. You can also PM me.

Have a great day!

  • I can't believe you're getting rid of all these beautiful stones!!!!! They're all so beautiful!

  • @TheMsJohnee - Oh no, not all of them! (Judging from my empty PM box, NONE of them, lol!) They are pretty, aren't they? I just wish I had a whole room to dedicate to all my crystals and....stuff. ;-)

  • Also Some Diamonds are natural Fluorescents! Check your rings and earrings girls! It doesnt change teh value of them just makes them cool! lol about 1/3 of diamonds will Fluorescent!

  • @ArtimusRowan - Really? That is cool! Too bad I only have one diamond--in my engagement ring, lol! I've missed you! (((HUGS)))

  • Autumn, I would recommend to wash your hands right after handling some of the rough stones. Especially the ones containing raw lead and iron. Try not to touch your face, etc when handling these, and I would also be careful with the little ones and pets. There's a lot of exaggerated panic about toxic minerals but there are a few indeed that should be handled with care.

    Love the collection!

    Blessings!

  • @idreamofwolfkisses - Oh...good tips. Thank you so much. I was a little concerned when my cousin told me that those were lead, i.e. "Isn't lead toxic?", but he told me that as long as it wasn't ingested it should be fine. Still, I don't plan on handling them for an extended period of time, and most of those are contained in plastic storage boxes. The ones I have out are up on high shelves that the kids can't reach now. Thanks again for the caution and compliments!

  • there are many different types and grades of amethyst, a lot of it depends on where it comes from, there is a banded amethyst from India that is beautiful. Typically though the darker the color the higher the grade of amethyst, also for citrine, just like with quartz, some of it is milky and cloudy and some of it is very clear.

  • WOW big collection!!!!

Yea thats a toughie. I mean the Encyclopedia will help but there are some that are trickey! Perhaps Phanie12 can help? I know she is REALLY knowledgeable in Crystals and stones and their identification.
