How exactly is this unconstitutional? The gov't has a legitimate interest in enforcing traffic laws for the safety of all citizens. The cameras effectively enforce the law by getting people to slow down or face the consequence of a ticket. Driving is not a fundamental right it's a privilege. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this but whatever.

backtoiron....do some research on radar its all fraud. They state it in their own documents it not accurate. If its not accurate how can you hand out bills to people and threaten them to pay them.

Second, the cameras and vans are owned and operated by a foreign corporation called Redflex NOT the police.

third, driving for commercial purposes is not a fundamental right, However "traveling" even by automobile is a constitutional right. There are many supreme court decisions stating this.

The poster of the sign did not have a permit to do so and his claim that the sign was personal property and should be returned was ridiculous because he abandoned it on the side of a public roadway and littered by doing so; the van operator was just picking up trash!

The critics of photo radar want you to overlook the basic fact that those that get their picture taken are BREAKING THE LAW and put other people's safety at risk and they don't want to be held accountable! TELL THE WHOLE STORY

Man, these 4409 guys are utter morons - and, judging from the guy in the beginning of the video, very much look the part. They illegally litter the streets with signs and then whine about personal property when someone removes those signs. Once a sign is illegally abandoned on public property, it is obviously no longer personal property. Instead, the 4409 nutcases should have been ticketed and fined for littering and posting signs illegally.

By the Law of our Republic, you have the right to confront your accuser any time you're a defendant. If you receive a "citation" from a speed camera you're unable to confront it, therefor rendering the "citation" invalid. Its fraud because it is enforced.

@RP4409 You're right. Here in LA it's a $500 fine. Someone gets a kickback and then from then on the city has to pay,pay,pay for the service. And not only that but it isn't safe because people will slam on their brakes and get rear ended and cause a mess. There should be a class action one day over this. I hope.
