Iridescent Structural Colour in Angelfish

A recessive gene mutation, named Philippine blue combined with the Dark gene is responsible for the blue iridescence observed in this angelfish. Iridescence on this Pinoy angelfish is somewhat similar to the iridescence of the Morpho Butterfly.
