for the meta tag go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meta_refresh and copy the code from there(example #3), the redirect URL can be anything you want it to be, but i set up a website that is fitting for this sort of thing, you may use proxzy.atwebpages.com just add it to the meta tag to look like this http://proxzy.atwebpages.com
