Always nice to see Letterman with a guest he has respect for. You actually get interesting conversation rather than Dave just being a jerk and using the guest as a target for his gags and pranks. Not saying some don't deserve it. He's had a fair share of dimwits on his show. Anyway, I'm not from your generation, but you're a hero to me, Pete.

Pete Towsend kept the who together, and was the only one who could enjoy yet keep track of the amazing Keith Moon. Yet, note for notr, no one alive (i.e. Jimi Hendrix) can beat Eric Clampton...two of the people, Pete and Sir Eric shaped my love for blues and rock.
