this video shows an example of what is "distressed tuning" to my mind, you could think of it as a branch of the popular "rat style", just in an apocalyptic way...put together dark matt paintjobs, ageing marks, and a lot of dust and mud. It may seem like a joke but it's not.
Distressed tuning style is having many followers lately in tuning world.
