I'm bout to meet this mother fucker Phil the godfather of metal and southern sludge. I play the NOLA album like everyday on guitar and I have no idea what I'm going to say to him I'll just be speechless all I know is I'm gunna give him some bud cause I know he would appreciate that.

Phil is so much better now that he's off drugs. My best concert memory ever is seeing him with Down a few years ago playing "learn from this mistake", it was so moving. 2nd best would probably be him again, with Pantera playing "fucking hostile" some ten years ago. But he was so much more damaged back then, it was sad, and it's good to see him all better now.

Way pretentious. Too much guitar gimmicks not enough meat. His vocals are still great but the lyrics are not hittin' that spot. Oh man Pantera times where great.
