just look it. It can helps.
Go under the Hand and use ganons up+A Smash (when he´s glowing yellow). Don´t LOAD the Smash! Use fast weak A+up smashs, not the strong, slow Smashes.

i did this with Kirby when I was still in Elementary school and I didn't use shields.
I took a long time, but I finally did it. I wanna do it over, it bet its easy with shields.
In Brawl, I usually can avoid master hand and crazy hand's moves in Boss Battles
