Zyliss Smart Guard Mandoline

With safety in mind, Zyliss have created a mandoline that keeps fingers completely protected at all times. The key is the 'spring lock' system and the chunky food holder and safety guard which clicks into place, and only then can you begin slicing. A special track guides the food holder over the 'V' blades to give efficient and uniform slicing; four slicing inserts cut from paper thin to 6mm thick, and two julienne inserts deftly prepare veg for salads, coleslaws and stir-fries.
