Sooo I WAS going to write a post yesterday saying I needed to do 20 squats at 405lbs. And wanted you guys to hold me accountable. Then I had a lil ache on my shoulder blade and wanted to wimp out. But

  • you will ruin your back bouncing your ass off the bench, think about all that weigth smashing down on your vertebrae causing pressure, find you a new trainer if he taught u that

  • @rustybones3115 1st) I am my own trainer 2nd) I train a Chiropractor and a Back Surgeon to squat the same way 3rd) My back is, and continues to be per my Chrio 4th) Who are you telling anyone how to train? Show me a few BB titles and I'll consider your advice

  • I hate that thing. I lifted something like that for a workout and the next day I started having aches on my back.

  • @HumanCrakkInThaFlesh You must be stupid, stop training people like that before you mess up their back. Oh and having a BB titles has nothing to do with anything, most BB's have trainers and nutritionist to tell them what to do.
