i didn't create this one ! but u can use a simple material (no maps) with a 1.33 index of Refraction and maybe 98% transparency ..., u can also use an HDR for the reflections it will give a realistic look. Good Luck

the soft called RealFlow v.4, for the simulation, and Cinema 4D for water texture and final Render.
