FOR ANYONE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THIS, GO TO GOOGLE, PUT IN d3dx9_26 dll CLICK THE FIRST LINK, DOWNLOAD AND SAVE FILE, THEN EXTRACT FROM WINRAR TO THE PSX FOLDER ON YOUR DESKTOP, PROBLEM SOLVED. :D also put all the bios files in the bios folder in the PSX folder, this guys a fool.
