Lyrics:
My heart is pierced by Cupid;
I disdain all glittering gold.
There is nothing can console me
But my jolly sailor bold.
Come all ye pretty fair maids
Whoever ye may be
Who love a jolly sailor bold
That plows the raging sea.

My heart is pierced by Cupid;
I disdain all glittering gold.
There is nothing can console me
But my jolly sailor bold.

  • ı want to get killed by those mermaids

  • @SkyStained yep thats right but after time the idea of a siren became known as half woman and half fish and the term harpie now refers to being half woman and half bird :)

  • @kahanachick

    The original sirens (from Greek mythology) were half bird, half women actually. However I agree, these mermaids kick ass :)

  • @kahanachick they are claimed to be mermaids, but they are really sirens

  • I love the fact that this is sung by an Alto. It gives all us altos a chance to shine!!!

  • @MizzBlondieKK It's in the description. Plus, EVERYBODY knows the lyrics. Just saying.

  • @sanaasmilelines Lol thanks :)
