Most of those who are in jail have had priors, sometimes 17 or 18. You neglect to mention that. If you don't want these young Black men in jail, tell them to stop breaking the law.

As in? I never once said I was black. I am white and extremely proud of my race. I also know that there are differences in punishments between criminals of different ethnic backgrounds. I would be a fool to say that there isn't. But the boat can go both ways. I know alot of criminals who just get away with it regardless of skin pigmentation. The world is a sad place when the laws made to protect us keep criminals safe. Police are crooked also, not all, but most. It's all who you know.

The 'Sentence' of the crime is NOT the same to all that commit the crime.

Those with extensive records get harsher senences.

Those with previous FELONIES get harsher sentences.

Those that are REPEAT OFFENDERS get harsher sentences.

Those that act disrespectful in court get harsher sentences.

Look up Ohio State Corrections web sites. They have pictures, names, crimes and sentences listed. Whites get no special treatment here.
