Stern Review on the Economics of Climate Change:William Nordhaus

William Nordhaus discusses the major agreements and disagreements between the reviewers of the Stern Review and the Review itself. He critiques the Review for what he perceives to be its overestimation of the immediacy and extent of ecological disaster because of climate change. He also highlights what he believes is the document's lack of adherence to standard scientific procedures such as peer review and reproducibility; and, he substantially takes up the question of discount theory.
