Race Horses- All Over Me

This is a video i made of my favorite horse sport! Horseracing is the best! This is my first video and i don't want any mean comments! I know alot about horseracing so if you want to cht just comment! PLease comment and Rate!!! I do NOT own the music or the pictures!!!


Gigar and RecpatureTheGlory are my favorite race horses that ever lived! Even though RecaptureTheGlory didn't win in the Kentucky Derby he is a winner to me!! And Cigar is just great!!

It doesn't hurt them. I promise you. I own six horses and I barrel race. I use a over under. It doesn't hurt my horse one bit because I don't use it excessively. And if bits weren't humane, why are they permitted? Running a 2 year old colt in a hackamore probably isn't the greatest idea. My horses use bits and they don't chomp, don't have torn lips, etc. Neither do these race horses. The whip is to make them go faster. Tapping a horse infront of the drive line won't make it run.

@39supers39 The horses aren't in pain. Race horses enjoy their jobs. Horses have tougher skin than humans do, so a whip isn't much of anything. Excessive use of a whip is abuse, but jockey's don't do that. And the bit doesn't hurt a horse either. They run in snaffles, which is the most none severe bit on the planet. Please learn about horse racing before you critize the sport. Thanks.

just because horses have thicker skin doesn't mean it doesn't hurt to be hit with a whip, any piece of metal in a horses mouth hurts if pulled no matter how slight and if race horses enjoy their jobs then why do they use whips to make them go faster

and I see first hand what happens to these racehorses all the time. My friend owns 15 racehorses I see all the time. It is not only heavily regulated how these horses are treated by which vets and track officals make sure of but the horses live better than most humans. None of the horses I have seen look physically harmed or neglected in any way. Don't even try this arguement with me.

@MapleGirlNL Those aren't race horses. Most, if not all, race horses are treated well beacause 1st they have to go through a vet to race and 2nd they are valuable. Those videos show bad owners that don't feed and/or abuse their horse. And all all types of horseback riding involve pulling the horses mouthes because that's how you control the animal. So get your facts straight BEFORE you go yelling at someone else. And nice vid jumpergirl! I personally love Cigar and Zenyatta! :)
