Went into extortion court today for an arraigment due to some traffic violations and this is what happened.

One of the things judges are suppose to do is give the people the ILLUSION of justice. She is such a horrible actor she can even pretend to give justice.

The judge actually said on the record "nothing you have said has any meaning here today"?

and

"No, I will not read your motions"

This is what we are dealing with people. A complete rogue outlaw mafia.

Canon law which judges are to obey.

Canon 2

A judge shall avoid impropriety and the "appearance" of impropriety in all of the judge's activities.

A. A judge shall respect and comply with the law*, shall avoid impropriety and the "appearance" of impropriety in all of the judge's activities, and shall act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary.

Commentary. - Public confidence in the judiciary is eroded by irresponsible or improper conduct by judges

Canon 3

A judge shall perform the duties of judicial office impartially and diligently.

(4) A judge shall be patient, dignified, and courteous to litigants, jurors, witnesses, lawyers, and others with whom the judge deals in an official capacity, and shall require* similar conduct of lawyers, and of staff, court officials, and others subject to the judge's direction and control.

Failure to follow procedure. - The deliberate failure to follow mandatory criminal procedures constitutes a violation of the Judicial Code of Ethics. In re Markle, 174 W.Va. 550, 328 S.E.2d 157 (1984); In re Wharton, 175 W.Va. 348, 332 S.E.2d 650 (1985).

I have seen this vary thing for myself. Judges in administrative court don't know the rules or laws but they believe they are an authority presiding over the person or citizen and not as a servant of "we the people". Fact is they do not know the differance. I find that edjucating the acting judges of the legitimate law way prior to the hearing by notice is a way to allow them time to find a way to refuit a claim. I give three supreme court rulings and rules of the court for each claim. :)
