how often do you need to clean the tank and how much work is involved in the cleaning?

@yourroaddog: This technology, we don't have to clean the tank regularly. 3-4 years.

For fixed-dome, normally, after 1 year, you need to do that otherwise the hard cover will appear on top and the gas can not comes up.

Any gas stove will work. The thing that needs to been correct sized are the holes on the burners.
