  • @TheFactoryOfLight I know what do you mean. But I think it also depends on the genre and the music's originality. For instance, let's see DELOREAN:

I feel a contradiction: On one hand I'd like them to sing in Spanish. But on the other hand, if they didn't sing in English they'd probably have less international success. And I think they (and many other bands in the world) deserve to be known, because their music is very original.

  • @AtreoYT1 Yeh.. .a lot of them bands all across Europe are singing in English which, on my behalf, as a Briton, I consider it's a shame- one of the good things of Europe is its diversity in Languages. Anyways, that's a good point, most Scandinavian bands are currently singing in English, but for instance you got this act, Kent, which is just a class pop act, and they sing all their lyrics in Swedish, what makes their sound a little bit different from Mass Music.

  • @TheFactoryOfLight I wish they sang in Spanish too, but note that a lot of Swedish bands have been singing in English for decades and nobody has consider it "weird".

Regarding dancers, they're not professionals but contestants. They just were there. Actually that program is a dance contest. The band was only a "guest".

  • For that matter, they could perfectly be singing in Arabic and I wouldn't notice. Why Spanish bands are tending more and more to sing in English? I reckon they better should sing in Spanish instead. Otherwise, soon quite all music from every part in the world will just sound the same... Other than that, the dancers are just ridiculous. We demand more Spanish acts in Spanish!!! ;-)
