A great song written by Paul Anka, along with Barry Mann And Cynthia Weil that comes from the Album Headlines, which was a album that was a small release,

  • Thanks for posting this. I used to play it over & over on an 8-track.

  • terrific tune by paul.....never did anything big onthe charts and it's too bad for it's got all the ingredients......thx for uploading it.....

  • @mrpaulanka Agree! Every cut on this album is a masterpiece. I wish someone would post "Learning To Love Again". Probably the best on the album.

  • @mrpaulanka This IS one of Paul Anka's finest albums, ever. I have been a fan/listener since I was 2 years old, and have never stopped listening. And Paul has never stopped recording and performing. I have both the LP and 45 version of this song. If it sounds a bit like Barry Manilow, it's probably due to production by Michael DeLugg. Great track, though.

  • Great voice from Paul Anka ! Thanks for sharing ! Like to hear more of his songs since I don't have his CD.

  • I just looked in my Osborne & Hamilton's Record Collector's Price Guide 4th edition (not that I haven't looked before) and of course see no "DJ copy" listed, and no b-sides the song appears on.

There must be as many thousands of copies as there are thousands of radio stations that this was sent to. Are you familiar with GEMM? I'm sure they have it, but I need a label number...

  • Hell yes, that helps, thank you!

It helps knowing that you've at least heard about it.

Now, don't such "DJ copies" also have label numbers, through which I can try to track one down?

I'll post it for all to hear, and personally make you an mp3, if I can get one!

How did you come to know this - and might you even have one?

I'm sure you're not the only one on the web who knows what you just told me. Can you see what other info is out there on this?
