Well..sort of.... my wife has the droid, and I have the incredible and I am familiar with the NAV stuff on those phones. The advantage that the GPS has the capability of choosing AND re-routing you via 4 types of routes (shortest, fasest, least highwy, most highway). Plus...try making or receiving a phone call when you need to turn!
I love having the free NAV on my phone...but still use the roadmate every day for traffic re-routing!

These things will be so obsolete in a few years. My Droid X has free voice nav, which works better than most of these. lol
