Haven't had time to really check the comments on this video since it was posted two years ago... but ya'll are pretty funny. I posted the video to demonstrate good pull up form. You don't need to be a bodybuilder to do this, just a normal guy like me :-) When I get the time, I'll probably start posting more things.

i thought perfect form was to have the four fingers of each hand above the bar and for the thumb to curl under. it's like when you're benching a barbell, it's easier to just for all digits to curl over the top of the bar but easier is not better, in terms of safety or strength development. like if the bar was slick or covered with grease you would have no choice but to use the thumb to secure your grip.
