  • Thank you, Brutice

  • You're very welcome.

It's nice to know that there are people out there who like this as much as I. In contrast, all my non-virtual friends think I got a terrible taste in music. lol

  • Great post Brutice! Would be great if somehow you could combine this with Rollo Interior.

  • Thanks, um well both this and Rollo Interior were part of the same doco (Classic Albums: Apostrophe (')/Over-Nite Sensation 06).

Being on dialup I edited so I could upload it. Damm dialup...

  • What's amazing to me is that she hadn't tlouched the instrument for what, 25 years?, and although the tempo is not 100% she nails it with "3 mistakes" which i could not discern, and I make a living discerning musical mistakes. Truly a master even a quarter century out of practice.

  • Lovely. You've got great taste, Brutice.

  • Not enough xylophone or vibraphone in modern music.

  • What a sweet piece of music this is! I have always appreciated this element of Frank's compositions. The glimpse into the composition sheet for Rollo Interior that Ruth showed reveals the degree of discipline and love that Frank had for music and for sharing great ideas with talented musicians. I miss that...

  • Wow! She seems to be playing from memory, as I don't see her reading the sheet paper!

  • Ruth I love you. and I miss Frazk. that old sorcerer.

  • she makes it look so easy. I'd get my percussion teacher to teach me how to play it too bad she can't do it either.

  • Saint Alphonzo's Zappa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Sweet.

  • I love her -- long live Ruth Underwood!

  • Ruth! That's Ruth! I still have crush on you from my teens in the seventies. MOI were one the most talented and able group of musicians to ever play together. As good as the best , The Count's band included..
