Dispenser makes no sense!
Teleporters are good but sappers should do -50% damage (meaning it takes a longer to destroy via Sapper)

but er, with the teleporters... what happens if two people, at both ends, try to teleport at once? what if one of those said players is a spy? does anyone get telefragged?
