***The reason I said I wasn't surprised at her lip-syncing is because she was working a lot at the time and getting sick often. I think another persons comment mentioned that the people running the show might have requested her to use a back track instead of doing it live***

If I remember correctly she was ill a lot while promoting this album. And some shows just have people lip-synch when they are on. Maybe for technical reasons. Not sure exactly.

i love christina she use playback when she is sick .....and about the other one she use playback all the time......and i love Christina coz she is a singer not a dancer i wouldnt go to a concert to see a artist dance ....i would go to hear her voice ...i love christina may she dont dont dance that much, but her moves are very sexy and girly ....not manly dancin

She preformed live at the Latin Grammys and sounded perfect even though you're right she can't speak it.

its more of a pre-recorded playback at most thus it sounded live. her expressions does not fit how she normally does when she sings live. well i don't realy care if she is or not as she is a fantastic singer. it doesn't hurt lip syncing sometimes throughout her 10yr career. voice needs a break from time to time :)
