  • Very Santanaish. Makes me wonder who influenced who.

  • @hoag1964 When this song was created in this style we hadn't even heard of Santana so figure it out ?

I know this because I'm the original bass player, but loved the Santana band after we heard them.

And became very good friends with all of them.

    Peace,

  • @hoag1964 doesn't matter who influenced who! what matters is that they are all great musicians! :)

  • Would've been badass if Santana and Viva Tirado would've recorded something together.

  • My father went to school with Andre (Henry) Baeza (Congas) and were friends throughout school. My father was a white dude who played the timbales and loved latin music. He practiced with these guys at times and I had the pleasure of being around them when I was a kid drinking the half-empty cups of alcoholic beverages sitting on the tables during practices when my pops took me. I got to see Henry for the first time since then about 6-7 years ago. I'll never forget you Henry. Rick Scott

  • @raulchinchin Bobby Espinoza WAS El Chicano. I am his cousin's grandson, sadly he passed away recently... but managed to see him for my 20th birthday at the Gibson Ampatheatre in late May of last year. He was the legend that will always live inside my soul and my Inspiration to pursue a career in music.
