Disagreement Turns Physical at Wat Irap

It must be proven that these members are legitimate and will be attending this temple on a regular basis and not just shows up one time to vote for the opponent to take over the board. When they can't even take care of his own house, what guarantees do we have that they will be able to take care of this one?
