Mugen: Arcueid (me) Vs Clone Zero

I haven't done a match with Arcueid in a while, so I figure I'd pick back up. As for my opponent...most of you may recognize him as Clone Zero, the final boss from KoF 2000. Some however, may also know him as "what Zero_Col was edited from."

Yes, this is the Zero that was edited by Zero_Col to make the monster we know today. This is Zero by Iccha, not the one by Gonzo (Gonzo's didn't have any strikers, from what I recall). Ichha's Zero is an interesting character. He seems to have all the qaulities that his final boss counter part had with a few new ones, such as Rugal and Original Zero strikers....I have no idea why he has them, but he does. Along with this, he comes complete with some nasty AI as well...

I'll be very honest...Zero's AI pisses me off. Without the AI activated, he's not so bad...but with the AI on, he becomes a monster of epic proportions.

Zero has all his standard attacks like his punches, kicks, various body blows, and cape attacks. He'll constantly preform his cape attacks to attempt to fling you up in the air. Not only do these hurt A LOT, but they also give Zero a MASSIVE amount of super energy. It doesn't matter if you block the attack either, Zero will still get super energy from the hits he lands on you.

Zero only has three supers from what I can tell. He has a mega-version of his cape attack, which can take a huge chunk off of your life if you don't block. His second is where he slams his fist into the ground to create a dark vortex of some sort...I'm not exactly sure what this is called, so if any SNK experts are out there, please let me know the name of the attack.

The final super...is the most monsterous in his arssenal. He'll hold his hand out, and create another dark vortex, this time from his palm. The difference is, this version is apparently a bit bigger, and the real codec moment of it all....YOU CAN NOT BLOCK IT. That's right, you can't block this full screen move of his. It doesn't matter if your standing far away from hi mor if your in the air, it'll still hit you.

You can attempt to parry the move, but it's INSANELY difficult to do so. Trying to parry Gill's Sepheric Wing attack is easier than trying to parry this thing!

Zero does have a weakness however. After preforming one of his cape attacks, he'll leave himself wide open. However...this is only good for about....a half a second, due to the fact he posses a large amount of invincibility frames. Seriously, there were times when my attacks went right through him when they shouldn't have.

All in all, Clone Zero is a pain, but not as hard as some of the other boss characters out there.

Those are Original Zero's strikers. Clone Zero never used any strikers.

Actually, Gonzo Zero DO have strikers. Unlike This Zero, he uses 3 strikers where all of them come from KOF2000. They're Krizalid (Boss of KOF99), Ron (Some sort of Monk guy) and Glaugan (Black Lion).

Another note that Gonzo Palm Vortex super is actually blockable. But I'm really sure what's the different.

I never grow tired of that. Well it was better when there was a counter attack involved. But that was a good match.
