I'm getting ready to make the move--too--Hi Def..so I hope to add better quality stuff..
I'll delete anything that can be replaced by a Hi Def file..all the files are called Wide Screen.

I was wondering..?/where is this video being seen-? On regular PC Screens--or is it public somewhere/?/..over 3,000 views--that does strange by my standards..I did a fast..numbers on it--it seems to be viewed at least once per day.I was wondering if its running--automatically-by a hacker or something..?

Its a mozzarella and canned salmon pizza useing lots of spices..I also add.chopped broccoli..useing sliced stewed tomato's instead of the tomato sauce.
the canned salmon is precooked useing bread crumb anfd spices/some olive oil--usually I top the finished pizza w/crushed red pepper flakes...baked at 400[F] for 25-minutes.

Its a thick crust pizza..I do make a thin crust--once in a while..I use these pizza's for my exercise routine..its an 11-inch by 15-inch pan pizza..its also breakfast.
