Drugs and Mental Illness Talk

Dr. Paul Young, Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychology at Houghton College, examines the current scientific evidence pertaining to possible links between the use of illicit drugs and the onset or exacerbation of symptoms of mental illness.

Young spoke Nov. 2 at St. Bonaventure. The event was jointly sponsored by the Visiting Scholars Program and the Disability Committee of St. Bonaventure University and the Cattaraugus County chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
