General Hospital - 1986 - Pt 29 Alan/Monica/Sean/Tiff/Simon

Part 29. Felicia visits Monica to let her know how it went with the boys at camp. She brings some presents that they made for them, including a cup for Alan. This brings Monica to tears. Jake comes to talk with Monica. She tells Jake that Anna has been asking questions about her. Alan/Simon is eating all the ice cream before he serves the customers. Ice cream for... 25 cents!! Charity and Simon are getting along great. Tiffany has finished breakfast and wonders what's for lunch. Both he and Tiff are drunk. Jimmy Lee tells Tiff that he planted a bunch of evidence around to make it look like Alan died. Captain Lewis brings Alan's scarf and flying helmet to Anna. They were found at the bottom of the falls. Anna calls off the search. She phones Monica and tells her that they've called off the search and she wants to see Monica at the station...and bring her lawyer.

This scene was funny because I read in an interview where Stuart said his favorite "food" is ice cream. How fitting it is for him to try out ALL the ice cream.

@entertainme3000 What whole thing seems phony? You mean Alan's plane crash? That the cops didn't think it was phony? And yes GH should do DVD's! Well they do have classic weddings on video. :)

@sonyab1974 yeah there's something about this whole thing that seems so phony(well it is but I mean evidence that the police would examine) All the same, I love classic investigations, I guess that's why I fell in love with soaps to begin with. What GH needs to do is have DVD's out of it's classic murder whodunnits(real and imagined) OLTL could do the same things with the 80's where the women were like "Charlie's Angels" fighting off latest enemies.

@pxlbarrel yeah it's nice that ppl actually ate on the shows back then. The shows are so stupid now, acting as if ppl don't need food to survive.(I miss the days where people sat down to eat as a family as opposed to just a way to show ppl talking)

Why would that scarf have Alan's initials on it if it belonged to Lila's brother? Just a thought...lol. Ahh! I LOOOVE me some classic Qs!! This whole storyline is great, wish I could have watched it in real time!
