Eve online - When Carebears Attack! - Hulk (Exhumer) PvP

In the face of ore theft and griefing, a newb corp carebear turns bad and rampages through Lonetrek, solo pvping in a Hulk Mining Barge.

A couple of things to say:
a) The loadout on the Hulk no longer works as shown due to the NOS nerf a couple of years back. You could try it with Neuts, but I'm not sure how cap stable it'd be and you might need to use a mid slot for a cap injector.
b) 3 Hulks were lost during the making of this video - so it's not for the risk-averse!
c) I haven't entirely hung up my carebear PvP jacket (see this more recent comedy classic killmail, for example - http://eve.battleclinic.com/killboard/killmail.php?id=6702578 ) but please don't PM me ingame, asking to fight my Hulk, because I don't do requests :)

This is great, just wondering tho I can't understand the Nos, is it just in case they drop your cap somehow cause I thought that is was something that lvl'ed your cp with there's. just a little confused, Great job tho. This is a great example for those who constantly get can flipped.

Heyya - no this was filmed back when the NOS behaved like a Neut with NOS benefits. This got nerfed by CCP a couple of years back (this video is pretty old, as you can tell from the interface!).

I suspect the tactic still works with Neuts instead of NOS, but with the extra cap demand you might need to give a midslot to a cap booster.

Having said all that, doing this is still an *insane* risk/reward balance for any pilot, and I lost a bundle of isk in the process.
