I love Leslie's workouts! I lost my first 25 pounds of my current 54 along with 3 sizes doing three miles a day sometimes on the weekends up to 5 miles! Took me like 3 months but it worked :)

I have a broken L5 in my back and I can do this if I don't walk in place; if I walk regular. I can keep up the pace with her too. I also have COPD and this is a way for me to get my lungs/heart moving. I am a type 2 diabetic and this lowers my sugar by 40-60 points. Wonderful!! Love this. Hope to build up to part 2 in a week or two. I just did this for the 2nd time; did it yesterday too.

I love Leslie Sansone's DVD's! I have been working with her DVD's for 3 years now & absolutely love them.
It's a great alternative when the weather outside is too cold or too rainy to go for a jog or long outdoor fitness walk. And it's great when you have one of your lazy "blah" days when you don't feel like going outside...It's great. I workout with the DVD's 5 times a week. Sometimes 6, when I'm really up for it.
