  • @cmblack Yes I agree, I love Leslie because she doesn't talk about just losing weight, she encourages you to be active and healthy. I work out to her programs too and I lost about 14 lbs (along with eating healthy as well). I feel great every time I work out to her programs. I just finished the 3 mile walk just now.

  • @MegaDBOY44 Yes it is fine all you do is light walking exercise but like with any program please consult your doctor! and congrats on the baby!!!!

  • Im so glad you put this up because i used to do her videos that were on my cable ondemand and they had like atleast 6 different videos of hers and they took them all off :-(
