Plus the Combi is made with Latex, while the King is not.

Combi-tube is an older device, more expensive and its actually quite hard to set up properly as you know. The biggest disadvantage is that it takes longer to set up as you have two balloons to fill separately.
King tube does both balloons in one go, is cheaper and a lot easier and faster to set up. I
