Amanda Russell
After moving to the United States from Canada with a running scholarship, Amanda was closing in on the Beijing Olympics for the 10,000m when she suffered a career-ending leg injury. Told by doctors she'd never run again, she was determined to recover and continue pursuing her passion for fitness. After two years of intense rehabilitation, she was winning triathlons. Cassey Ho
Cassey is a pilates and fitness instructor, a YouTube fitness sensation and the creator of POP Pilates, a fusion of pilates moves blended with upbeat music for a fun and challenging workout. She graduated with a degree in biology but decided not to pursue her parents predestined path for her in medicine. While in school, she started teaching pilates at a small studio. Right then and there, instructing became the most satisfying part of her life. She is certified by NESTA (National Exercise & Sports Trainer Association) and Balanced Body University.

Nicky Holender was a professional soccer player in England. He then went on to play in Norway and while there was voted one of the top players in the country. He came to Los Angeles to play soccer for the LA Galaxy. He is now personal fitness trainer and can be seen on CW's Shedding for the Wedding.

    Congratulations! I recommend doing this workout one to two days per week (on non-consecutive days), then rotating in other types of workouts on the other days. Keep this rotation up for 4-5 weeks and then change it. You never want to plateau, so in order to see results you need to keep changing it up.
