Changing Juice Feasting Forever

This is Video #33 since I started to eat completely RAW. It is August 1st and that only means one thing. I have started my Juice Feast for at least 40 Days and possibly 90 Days. Hey Bill I have a brother that want to juice like me and clean up his system but he is wanting to do a week long juice fast or even a couple of days but he is concerned because he is a parapelegic and he is only going #2 every other day and it is a program so he has no accidents...Who can he ask more questions about this???

Bill, I like what you are doing and have been following you for a while now. As a certified fitness professional and a raw food specialist, I suggest that you add some for of resistance training (weight lifting) to your exercise program. The reason is simple, it adds muscle and helps speed up your fat burning capacity. Riding a bike, walking, and running is cardiovascular exercise which is also important however the purpose of that is to strengthen your heart & lungs and not ideal for fat loss

hey bill, YOU R LOOKING GREAT MAN!! Well i have a question for ya,, you might of answer this question about a million times..but i juice onced and i got alot of greens and made about a gallon of juice and i believe that cost me about in between 20 to 50 bucks..my question is how do you go grocery shopping and manage your food cost and how long does it last ya..I hope you understand that question..im try to do more juicing and eating healthy but kinda tight on money...Thank BILL
