I actually built it in LightWave myself.
(Well, truth be told, I kit-bashed my own Constitution mesh to make it, and box-modeled the engineering section.)

It's a "Locknar" class, from the old FASA "Star Trek" RPG and TCS board game. One of my favorites, actually.
