@NewEnglandBudo yea, i need to. However, I currently train in Kempo More of chinese system than okinawa or japanese but i do miss shorin ryu. About 15 years ago I earned my 5th Dan in Matsubayashi Ryu and 6th Dan in Shoshin Kempo in 2000. Too many schools of shorin ryu and instructors that dont care so I stayed with Kempo.

Well, i like it, like the focus and commentary of the drill.
In our school, we have 'Alive' slow motion drills. Resistence but slow. Hard to descrive, if i can find video ill send it to you. You may like it.

@jiggahippo LOL, my friend you are showing your age. ;-) I saw a few Shotokan vids on your home page so I suggest that you come home to your original Shorin ryu roots!! x-P

Does the person being attacked have to return to the middle?
YatChum 3 weeks ago in playlist Uploaded videos
@YatChum you don't have to but the next attacker may not be able to get to the defender. For new people I use a crescent w/attackers facing the defender, I stand behind the defender and randomly point at the attackers.
