This video is hardly scientific. I don't know which people this out - but they weren't scientists themselves.
Greenhouse trace gases are some of the most biologically active gases. 45-55% of the biomass of all plants on land and in the sea = carbon pulled from the air via photosynthesis. It's hardly a "minor trace gas" - the word "trace" refers to it being a minor constituent [380 ppm]. One has to consider the entire ecological perspective - it's role is hardly miniscule.
You're missing the point. Watch the video again. Maybe watch it a few times. There are a lot of facts in there, from the world's best scientists and other reputable sources. I'm sure they took your question into account when coming to their conclusions. You seem to like numbers. Here's one for you. 55 billion animals were slaughtered for human consumption last year alone. Just think of the enormous resources that could be saved were we all to become vegetarians. The time to act is now.

Ok apart from the methane.
I don't think I missed the point at all. Almost every comment is about how bad methane 'worse than C02' etc.. then they change to C02.
Methane and C02 are minor trace gases and are produced by so many things it's crazy to think that it can be controlled.
Seriously this is complete BS.
Absolutely NO SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE what so ever.
At the end narrator says - 'From supreme master video'
Sounds like a bunch of religious nut bags to me.
No credibility at all!

Methane may well be a more potent GHG but what are the stats - how much of the 0.0017% of methane in the atmosphere can be attributed to man?
