Takeing piles is a risk so your the one whos doing them and belieaveing them there meany things out there but dont take piles. Try a low crab diet and live a healthy life thats like takeing drugs <.< If you take a pile to loss wieght smoke some weed or get crack its the same thing <.<

The whole lo carb thing never stuck with me. Per haps the reason I think it's BS is because I'm in Japan and people in Japan and Asian countries eat RICE AT EVERY MEAL. These people are some of the tiniest on the planet. so forgive me for not buying into the low carb thing. At every meal we get endless helpings of rice with the main course and guess what? I've LOST weight. And that was totally unintentional.

the problem is that we forget about WHOLE ORGANIC FOODS! We eat junk-processed-refined-crappy food everyday! How easy is to make my own tomato sauce from scratch on the weekends for the whole wk? it's simple, but people don't want to do the work. that's sad :(

I'd rather do a HEALTHY low-carb diet created by a doctor who wasn't obese. Instead of Kinkins, try Protein Power, Atkins, or South Beach - all healthy diets created by doctors.

He wasn't. Do some research. He was a good weight for a man of his height and age.

While I never joined, the site certainly was designed to draw you in. Once in, once you paid, so what? She had the money. But worse, there was the group/peer pressure to do better, eat less, whoosh away the fat. So, yes, dangerous. Glad to see her taken down.
