1.go to the command prompt.

2.type: shutdown -i (note the space between shutdown and -i)

3.Hit enter.

4. It takes you to a window in which you can remotely shut down any computer on the internet, simply with their IP address!

5. Hit "Add..."

6. Type your victim's IP address.

7.Customize some extra settings under that.

8. Call your friend and laugh at his freaked out ass!

then you save as .bat

If you were doing a DOS, how could you make it so that the person couldn't track who launched it and lead to their arrest?

To find out you own ip address go to CMD and type in 'ipconfig/all' Simple as that.
