This is a preview of a 27-minute documentary made by Arthur Bradford. To download, stream, or purchase a DVD visit http://www.sproutflix.org/content/hows-your-news-campaign-trail

A team of six reporters with mental and physical disabilities attends both the Democratic and Republican conventions during the 2004 presidential campaign. They conduct refreshingly candid, unscripted, and often funny interviews with attendees such as Hilary Clinton, John McCain, Howard Dean, Ben Affleck, Peter Jennings, Andre 3000 and many more.

  • Depends how you look at it. It depends what you're laughing at. I think the the funny part is people's ineptitude in talking to them or the way that they undermine pretentious people, by not being susceptible to taking them as seriously as other people might

  • This is the best for everyone, they feel great because they are famous and popular and we get a laugh because we're sick assholes.

  • I like how Al Franken didn't try to bullshit him.

  • Does anyone have the video of them interviewing Hillary Clinton? I REALLY want to see it and would appreciate it very much if someone could send me a link. :)

  • umm...

  • I think it's rather showing us the world from thei're point of view... And what is the worst case senario... locking away people with dissabilityes, not talking about them, making dissabilityes a hush, hush subject. Or giving them a chanse to show what thei're actualy capable off. I find myself mostly laughting of the reactions of their interview subjects, since they ask such direct questions that people got problems finding a answer :)

  • Corky's of the world Unite!

Franken was probably thinking during his interview, "Did Howard Stern send this guy?"

  • susan is a pretty well-spoken/intelligent individual.

  • 53 seconds is by far the funniest thing i have ever heard in my life

  • These people should be trained to serve the community, be it through hilarious videos or street cleaning. Humans should be judged by their actions and virtues, not even these disabled people's carers can deny that.
